
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Box Betty Crocker Super Moist Devils Food Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 – 10 oz Jar of Maraschino Cherries
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Drain Liquid from Jar of Cherries.
- Remove Cherries from jar and, using kitchen shears, cut each Cherry into 3 or 4 small pieces
- In a medium size mixing bowl, mix the Cake Mix, Cherries,, Eggs, and Oil together by hand. The mixture will be quite stiff.
- using an ice cream scoop. Scoop out 10 – 12 golf ball size scoops of the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake cookies about for 20- 25 minutes, and let cool on a wire rack.
