Chocolate / Cherry Cookies

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  • Drain Liquid from Jar of Cherries.
  • Remove Cherries from jar and, using kitchen shears, cut each Cherry into 3 or 4 small pieces 
  • In a medium size mixing bowl, mix the Cake Mix, Cherries,, Eggs, and Oil together by hand. The mixture will be quite stiff.
  • using an ice cream scoop. Scoop out 10 – 12 golf ball size scoops of the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake cookies about for 20- 25 minutes, and let cool on a wire rack.
