
Ingredients:
- 1- Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1- Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1- 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
- 1- 8 oz. Tub Cool Whip
- 1- 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple in its own juice
Directions:
- Prepare Pudding according to directions
- Thaw Cream Cheese and Cool Whip
- Prepare Cake Batter according to directions (I use only 85%-90% of wet mix).
- Bake Cake and allow to cool.
- Drain Pineapple very well
- Spread Pineapple evenly over cooled cake (1st layer)
- Use mixer to blend Cream Cheese into Pudding and spread over pineapple (2nd layer)
- Spread Cool Whip over Pudding (3rd layer)
- Refrigerate overnight.
