Ann’s Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1- Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1- Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1- 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
  • 1- 8 oz. Tub Cool Whip
  • 1- 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple in its own juice

Directions:

  • Prepare Pudding according to directions
  • Thaw Cream Cheese and Cool Whip
  • Prepare Cake Batter according to directions (I use only 85%-90% of wet mix).
  • Bake Cake and allow to cool.
  • Drain Pineapple very well
  • Spread Pineapple evenly over cooled cake (1st layer)
  • Use mixer to blend Cream Cheese into Pudding and spread over pineapple (2nd layer)
  • Spread Cool Whip over Pudding (3rd layer)
  • Refrigerate overnight.
