
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Very Ripe Banana – Mashed
- 3/4 Cup Instant Whole Grain Oats – Uncooked
- 1/2 Cup No Stir Almond Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Organic Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla or to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Mix the almond butter, mashed banana, and vanilla together.
- Slowly introduce the dry oatmeal into the mixture.
- Once well blended, put spoonfuls of batter on the prepared baking sheet and flatten.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 – 14 minutes or until cookies are firm to the touch.
- Let cool for 5 – 10 minutes before serving.
