
Ingredients:
- 1 package (30 pieces) Frozen Cheese Ravioli – divided
- 1 lb. Chicken Breast – Fully Cooked and Shredded
- 1/4 Medium Yellow Onion – diced
- 1- 14.5 oz can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 1- 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes
- 1- 8 oz. Package of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese – divided
- 1 teaspoon Kinder’s “The Blend” Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Add both cans of tomatoes, the spices, onions, and the shredded chicken to a medium size saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Lightly coat an 8”x11.5” baking dish with olive oil.
- Add a spoonful or two of the sauce (just enough to lightly cover the bottom of the dish).
- Arrange the first layer (15 pieces) of Frozen Ravioli evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Using a spoon, cover the ravioli with 1/2 of the sauce.
- Spread 1/2 (4 oz.) of the mozzarella Cheese over the sauce to complete the base layer
- Arrange the balance of the Ravioli (15 pieces) over the base layer, and follow with the balance of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the balance of the cheese over the sauce.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil, place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for 25 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
