
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 1/2 pound 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
- 1 (15 ounce) can of white beans with liquid
- 1 medium size yellow onion – diced
- 2 Heaping tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Kinder’s Blend Spice
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1-1/2 cups thick cut Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Begin by adding the olive oil to a 3.5 qt. Sauté pan.
- Brown the turkey over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions, beans, tomato paste, Kinder’s, and Italian seasoning to the pan with the turkey.
- Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the onions are transparent and the mixture is bubbling.
- Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9”x13” glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses over the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated (for for about 10 minutes) until the cheese begins to brown.
- Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
