Tzatziki Crostini

Ingredients:

  • 1 Baguette – sliced
  • 3 tablespoons (or as needed) Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped Black Olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Fire-Roasted Tomatoes
  • 3 teaspoons chopped Grape Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons (or to taste). Tzatziki Sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brush the baguette slices on both side with olive oil.
  3. Place the oiled slices on foil lined sheet pan and toast until golden, about 4 minutes per side, then remove from oven.
  4. In a medium size bowl, combine the, Tzatziki Sauce, Fire-Roasted Tomatoes, Black Olives, and Tomatoes. Mix well.
  5. Cover each Baguette slice (while still warm) with a small spoonful of the Tzatziki mixture.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
