
Ingredients:
- 1 Baguette – sliced
- 3 tablespoons (or as needed) Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped Black Olives
- 1 tablespoon chopped Fire-Roasted Tomatoes
- 3 teaspoons chopped Grape Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons (or to taste). Tzatziki Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brush the baguette slices on both side with olive oil.
- Place the oiled slices on foil lined sheet pan and toast until golden, about 4 minutes per side, then remove from oven.
- In a medium size bowl, combine the, Tzatziki Sauce, Fire-Roasted Tomatoes, Black Olives, and Tomatoes. Mix well.
- Cover each Baguette slice (while still warm) with a small spoonful of the Tzatziki mixture.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
