
Ingredients:
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 lb. Chicken Tenderloins – diced into 1-inch cubes.
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil – divided
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Teaspoon light brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons Minced Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Kinder’s (The Blend) Seasoning
- 1 cup white rice – uncooked.
Directions:
- Cook rice according to instructions.
- Heat 2 Tablespoons olive oil in a 3-1/2 quart sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add in chicken and cook thoroughly.
- While chicken is cooking, in a small mixing bowl whisk together soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and, remaining olive oil, and cornstarch.
- Stir the sauce in with the cooked chicken and continue to cook and toss until sauce has thickened. 10 – 12 minutes.
- Serve warm over Rice.
