
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 lb. Chicken Tenders – cut into bite sized pieces.
- 1/4 yellow onion – diced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsps Teriyaki Sauce.
- 1 cup white rice – uncooked.
- 10 – 12 oz. Broccoli, cut into florets.
For the Teriyaki Sauce:
- ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions:
- Cook rice according to instructions.
- Steam broccoli.
- Place Sesame Oil, Onions, Soy Sauce, and Chicken in a 3 quart Sauté pan over medium high heat and cook until Chicken is fully cooked – approximately 10 – 12 minutes.
- Stir in the Teriyaki Sauce, cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the Broccoli and toss well.
- Serve over Rice.
