
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Chicken Tenderloins
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Key Lime Flavored Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Sea Salt
Directions:
- Add yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon of all the spices, (cumin powder, salt, smoked paprika, turmeric, and Garam Masala) to a bowl.
- Add ginger paste and salt – mix well.
- The tandoori chicken marinade is ready.
- Add chicken tenderloins to the bowl and lightly coat with the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
- Add 3 tablespoons oil and chicken to sauté pan and cook over medium-high heat until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165° on an instant read thermometer. (approximately 4 minutes per side).
- Remove from pan, cover, and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
