TANDOORI CHICKEN TENDERS तंदूरी चिकन टेंडर्स

This recipe has a rich and complex flavor profile. You won’t find this unique combination of flavors in a restaurant.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Chicken Tenderloins
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Key Lime Flavored Yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Add yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon of all the spices, (cumin powder, salt, smoked paprika, turmeric, and Garam Masala) to a bowl.
  2. Add ginger paste and salt – mix well.
  3. The tandoori chicken marinade is ready.
  4. Add chicken tenderloins to the bowl and lightly coat with the marinade.
  5. Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
  6. Add 3 tablespoons oil and chicken to sauté pan and cook over medium-high heat until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165° on an instant read thermometer. (approximately 4 minutes per side).
  7. Remove from pan, cover, and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
