
Ingredients:
- 2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1 lb. Lean Steak – cut into bite sized pieces
- 8 oz. White Mushrooms – washed and sliced
- 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Yellow Onion – Finely Diced
- Freshly ground black pepper – to taste
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped frozen Spinach
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup white rice – rinsed and uncooked
- 2 cups water
Directions:
- Prepare Rice according to instructions.
- Heat Oil in a 3-1/2 quart sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add Onions, Soy Sauce, pepper, and Steak.
- Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add spinach and mushrooms stirring continuously for another 10 minutes or until Steak and Mushrooms are fully cooked.
- Slowly add in the Parmesan Cheese, stirring until well mixed.
- Serve warm over Rice.
