
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds Chuck Roast (grass fed/grass finished)
- 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
- 8-10 Baby Potatoes
- 3 Large Carrots, peeled and cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- 1 – Medium Rib Celery -chopped in half
- 1 – Medium Yellow Onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Kinder’s Blend Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Heat Avocado oil in a skillet.
- Add beef and turn to sear on all sides.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a 9 X 12 baking dish.
- Add potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery.
- In a small bowl, mix Worcestershire Sauce, Ketchup, and Chicken Broth and pour over meat and veggies.
- Cover and roast in oven until beef and potatoes are fork-tender, about 2 1/2 hours.
