
Ingredients:
- 6 Chicken Tenderloins
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Panko Crumbs
- 2 Teaspoons Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning
- 3/4 Cup Avocado Oil Vegan Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Butter – melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Poor the Ranch Dressing into a shallow bowl
- Combine Both Cheeses, Panko Crumbs, and Seasoning in another shallow bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Dredge the chicken, piece by piece in the Dressing then in the Cheese/Seasoning mixture pressing into the mixture so it sticks to the chicken and both sides.
- Repeat until all pieces are coated.
- Place all pieces into a lightly greased 9”x 13” glass baking dish
- Melt the butter and drizzle over the chicken in the pan.
- Place baking dish in the oven and bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is nicely browned and reaches an internal temp of 165° F on an instant read thermometer.
- Remove the chicken from the dish, place on paper towels to absorb excess oil, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
