
Turkey Meatloaf
PREP TIME: 30 minutes COOK TIME: 1 Hour and 15 Mins.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground Turkey
- 1/3 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp. ketchup (divided)
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, add the ground Turkey, crackers, onion, egg, 2 tablespoons ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mush and mix these ingredients together until well combined.
- Add the meat mixture to a loaf pan. Pat the meat down into an even layer.
- Pour the remaining ketchup on top of the meatloaf and spread it into an even layer.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
