
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Organic Avocado Oil
- 6 Chicken Tenderloins – cut in bite sized pieces.
- 1/2 cup flour.
- 2 Cloves Garlic – minced.
- 1 small Onion – diced
- 1/4 teaspoon each Dried Turkish Oregano, Poultry Seasoning, Smoked Paprika, and Dried Sweet Basil.
- 3 cups Organic Chicken Broth
- 4 Medium Potatoes – pealed and cut into cubes
- 2 Medium Carrots – sliced.
- 1 Small Rib Celery – sliced.
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce.
Directions:
- Place pre-cut Chicken Pieces in a medium size mixing bowl.
- Thoroughly Coat Chicken with Flour
- Place Oil and Chicken in a 3 quart Sauté pan over medium/high heat,
- Cook and brown the Chicken.
- Reduce heat to Medium, then stir in Soy Sauce, Onions, Garlic, Potatoes, Carrots, Celery and all seasonings. continue stirring over Medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the Chicken Broth.
- Simmer on medium/high heat until the Potatoes and Carrots are softened to your liking and the broth begins to thicken (18-25 minutes).
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
