Hearty Chicken Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Organic Avocado Oil
  • 6 Chicken Tenderloins – cut in bite sized pieces.
  • 1/2 cup flour.
  • 2 Cloves Garlic – minced.
  • 1 small Onion – diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon each Dried Turkish Oregano, Poultry Seasoning, Smoked Paprika, and Dried Sweet Basil.
  • 3 cups Organic Chicken Broth
  • 4 Medium Potatoes – pealed and cut into cubes
  • 2 Medium Carrots – sliced.
  • 1 Small Rib Celery – sliced.
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce.

Directions:

  1. Place pre-cut Chicken Pieces in a medium size mixing bowl.
  2. Thoroughly Coat Chicken with Flour
  3. Place Oil and Chicken in a 3 quart Sauté pan over medium/high heat,
  4. Cook and brown the Chicken.
  5. Reduce heat to Medium, then stir in Soy Sauce, Onions, Garlic, Potatoes, Carrots, Celery and all seasonings. continue stirring over Medium heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the Chicken Broth.
  7. Simmer on medium/high heat until the Potatoes and Carrots are softened to your liking and the broth begins to thicken (18-25 minutes).
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
