
Avocados may be high in fat, but they have the essential healthy fats we should consume daily. They are also high in fiber, rich in vitamins B, E, and K, and have “60 percent more potassium than bananas.”
Ingredients:
- 3 – 4 Ripe Avocados – seeds removed.
- 1/3 medium sized onion -finely diced.
- 2 medium garlic cloves- minced.
- Juice from 1/2 Fresh Lime (optional).
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1/4 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and finely diced.
- Celtic Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste.
- 1 Small Tomato – Diced
Directions:
- Remove Acocados from their shell and place in bowl.
- Mash Avocados to your desired consistency.
- Add Remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Serve Immediately.
