
Serving Suggestion
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1/2 medium Yellow Onion – finely diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves – minced
- 2 Baby Bok Choy – rinsed, drained, and chopped.
- 1 lb. Chicken Tenders – cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons Organic Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- In a small mixing bowl, add the Soy Sauce, Onions, Garlic, and Breadcrumbs – Mix well
- Add Chicken – mix to coat and allow it to marinade for 10 minutes.
- Add the oil to a large frying pan over medium heat and add in the chicken.
- Sauté, stirring often for 7-10 minutes or until chicken starts to brown.
- Then add in the Bok choy and turn the heat down to low.
- Cover pan and let the Bok Choy cook for 8 – 10 minutes or until it is slightly wilted.
- Serve immediately.
