Garlic Chicken & Baby Bok Choy

Serving Suggestion

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1/2 medium Yellow Onion – finely diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves – minced
  • 2 Baby Bok Choy – rinsed, drained, and chopped.
  • 1 lb. Chicken Tenders – cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Organic Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add the Soy Sauce, Onions, Garlic, and Breadcrumbs – Mix well
  • Add Chicken – mix to coat and allow it to marinade for 10 minutes.
  • Add the oil to a large frying pan over medium heat and add in the chicken.
  • Sauté, stirring often for 7-10 minutes or until chicken starts to brown.
  • Then add in the Bok choy and turn the heat down to low.
  • Cover pan and let the Bok Choy cook for 8 – 10 minutes or until it is slightly wilted.
  • Serve immediately.
