Fried Chicken Tenderloins.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Chicken Tenderloins
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons Everything But Bagel Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 2 – 3 teaspoons Organic Soy Sauce

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs in a shallow bowl
  2. Place flour, poultry seasoning, bagel seasoning in another shallow bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Using a tenderizing mallet, pound the tenderloins flat on both sides.
  4. Dredge the chicken, piece by piece in the eggs, then the flour/seasoning mixture pressing into the flour so it sticks to the chicken until both sides of all pieces are coated.
  5. Preheat oil over medium/high heat in a 3 quart Sauté Pan add the breaded chicken in a single layer.
  6. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 4-5 minutes, then turn pieces over, sprinkle soy sauce over each piece and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  7. Turn prices over and over again if needed until they are nicely browned and reach an internal temp of 165 degrees on an instant read thermometer.
  8. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
