
Ingredients:
- 6 Chicken Tenderloins
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons Everything But Bagel Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 2 – 3 teaspoons Organic Soy Sauce
Directions:
- Beat eggs in a shallow bowl
- Place flour, poultry seasoning, bagel seasoning in another shallow bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Using a tenderizing mallet, pound the tenderloins flat on both sides.
- Dredge the chicken, piece by piece in the eggs, then the flour/seasoning mixture pressing into the flour so it sticks to the chicken until both sides of all pieces are coated.
- Preheat oil over medium/high heat in a 3 quart Sauté Pan add the breaded chicken in a single layer.
- Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 4-5 minutes, then turn pieces over, sprinkle soy sauce over each piece and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Turn prices over and over again if needed until they are nicely browned and reach an internal temp of 165 degrees on an instant read thermometer.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
