
INGREDIENTS
- 1- 14.75 oz Canned Salmon
- 1/4 cup Ritz Crackers – Crushed
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 tsp Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning
- 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 tsp Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Combine Egg, Worcestershire Sauce, Lemon Juice, Seafood Seasoning, and Mustard in a bowl.
- Drain Salmon and add to the bowl. Mix lightly to combine.
- Portion into cakes and set in refridgerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Bake or Pan Fry (I baked ) until brown on both sides and internal temperature reaches 165 F. degrees.
