Easy Salmon Patties

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine Egg, Worcestershire Sauce, Lemon Juice, Seafood Seasoning, and Mustard in a bowl.
  • Drain Salmon and add to the bowl. Mix lightly to combine.
  • Portion into cakes and set in refridgerator for 15-30 minutes.
  • Bake or Pan Fry (I baked ) until brown on both sides and internal temperature reaches 165 F. degrees.
