
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 bunch thin Asparagus Spears, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a small bowl, add Olive Oil, Seasoned Breadcrumbs, Salt, and Pepper – mix well.
- Place Asparagus into a mixing bowl; add Olive Oil / Seasoning Mixture and toss to coat.
- Arrange coated Asparagus in a single layer on a foil covered sheet pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until fork tender, 10-12 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Sprinkle with Lemon Juice (if desired) just before serving.
