Sheet Pan Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch thin Asparagus Spears, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, add Olive Oil, Seasoned Breadcrumbs, Salt, and Pepper – mix well.
  3. Place Asparagus into a mixing bowl; add Olive Oil / Seasoning Mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Arrange coated Asparagus in a single layer on a foil covered sheet pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until fork tender, 10-12 minutes, depending on thickness.
  6. Sprinkle with Lemon Juice (if desired) just before serving.
