Cooked Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 Pinches Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • I medium sized Cabbage — coarsely chopped
  • 1 yellow onion – diced
  • 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Stir in salt, pepper flakes (if using), and pepper.
  2. Add onions and continue cooking until they become slightly transparent.
  3. Add the cabbage and water. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
