Chocolate, Coconut, Almond Brownies

Nutrient Dense, Low Sugar Appetite Suppressant. (Not Low Calorie)

Not sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, but one brownie may satisfy your hunger cravings for several hours.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons Creamy Organic Almond Butter
  • 5 Organic Figs
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 1 Cup Organic Oats
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1- Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Cranberry Juice blend

Directions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 325 F.
  • Place Figs, Oats, and Coconut Flakes into a food processor and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Combine mixture with all of the additional ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Lightly coat an 8”x8” Baking Dish with cooking spray.
  • Transfer the batter into the dish. Spread until flat.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove when a toothpick comes out dry.
  • Allow to fully cool on a cooling rack.
  • Once cooled, cut into squares and move to an airtight container.
  • Lasts up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
  • Yields 9
