

Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Uncooked Pasta (I mixed 8 oz. each of Ziti and Rigatoni)
- 6 oz. package shredded cheese blend
- 1- 32 Oz. Jar of Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup part skim Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic – minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and transfer to a large bowl.
- Set aside 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.
- Add marinara sauce, remaining cheese blend, and ricotta cheese to the pasta. Mix well.
- Transfer pasta mixture to a 9 X 12 baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine Italian bread crumbs, melted butter, and garlic.
- Sprinkle over the pasta mixture in the baking dish.
- Spread Parmesan cheese over the mixture.
- Top with reserved 1/2 cup cheese blend.
- Bake for 35 minutes
- Rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting
