
Ingredients:
- 2 Ripe Bananas – Mashed
- 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Butter – Melted
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Beaten Egg
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the egg, vanilla, pecans, and sugar in a small bowl and blend together well.
- Place remaining dry ingredients in a large bowl and use a whisk to thoroughly mix together.
- Add the contents of the small bowl into the large bowl , add banana pulp and stir until all is mixed well.
- Drop ice cream scoop size portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sugar on each.
- Bake for 12- 16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow bread to cool for 15 minutes before removing to a serving plate.
